Well , I have a great kitchen , quality pots and pans and I can use top ingredients , But If I was trying to open a restaurant for the public I would still need a Chef .

That is absolutely true , Each and a every show night , for better of for worse, is a unique and will not repeat itself.
Unlike the studio environment , This is where I need to take all of my skills and work experience in order to "squeeze" a process that should take weeks into a few hours, As it is my belief that a great show have a great sound , where the audience as well as the musicians on stage feel that no compromise has been made in order to have the show as a superb sonic experience .
